How do I setup my utilities?

Within city limits-

Call the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) at 865-524-2911. Make sure to call before the move-in date as it typically takes a few days to get service. We suggest that our tenants speak with KUB about the Balanced Pay Plan to see if that option works for them.

Outside city limits-

Call Lenoir City Utilities Board (LCUB) at 865-986-6591. Make sure to call before the move-in date as it typically takes a few days to get service. There is a deposit required for LCUB services.

What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. No cash, please.

When are rent checks due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. However, there is a 5 day grace period. A 10% late fee is charged after the 5th day of the month.

When will I receive my security deposit back?

After tenants give their 30 day notice, they will need to schedule a walk-through of the property. At that time, the keys will be returned and the security deposit (minus the cleaning fee) will be returned to the tenant if appropriate.

Is renters insurance recommend?

Yes. The home insurance we carry does not protect tenants' property. We suggest tenants contact a reputable insurance company and sign up for renters insurance.
